A recently surfaced video shows an overexcited fan extending a heartfelt apology to Nigerian music star Davido after nearly pulling him down in a mall incident.


The viral clip captured the moment when the enthusiastic admirer clung tightly to Davido’s leg at a mall in Eti-Osa, Lagos, refusing to let go despite efforts by security personnel to intervene. The “With You” crooner, who was accompanied by his daughter Imade, appeared amused by the unexpected show of affection.




In a follow-up video, the fan expressed remorse, explaining that his actions were driven by admiration and a desire for blessings from the artist, known for his generosity towards upcoming talents.
